180sx seat, racing seat for work on CA18.
one thing is if u have a 91 240 with a ca18det u got a problem 89-90 shuld have the ca18 or the usdm model single cam kade the 91-up shuld have the sr20det or the usdm ka24de thats ur first problem but its ur car so g/l.
wtf? why does that have anything to do with it? owning a 91 doesnt have anything to do with it. swapping a motor is swapping a motor. it depends on everything else. wiring, mounts which in this case you dont, fuel system, little things, and tuning etc.
this is why im looking for someone who actually knows CA's most of you guys are talking out of your ass. 89/90 has nothing to do with my swap vs. 91/94. the harness was done correctly. i replaced the temp sensor and it idles better now and has more pickup, i think its just the fuel pump and turbo. maybe thermostat.

if it breaks up at 4.5k rpms, i dont think it would be a kinked or leaking vaccum line. it would i assume do it at lower rpms also.
