Dude, don't post legit stuff on TR, its just a bunch of haters who can't comprehend spending money on anything but tires and gas... maybe some suspension stuff if they are feelin froggy, all they care about is how many panels are different colors.

ha i know how much s14's are worth man. and a zenki with 120k with a ka is not worth 12k. and you know that man

Chome, honestly man, I thought I knew how much they were worth until my buddies Zenki went for 11.7k on Ebay. Honestly, this car is as nice as his, with more stuff done under the hood. Its all about what buyers are looking where and when.

 

This car is probably worth 10k-11K or so, but people are paying upwards of 13k for a well done s14.5 right now even without an SR. Right now the market is overinflating prices because of all the honda boys that now want drift 240's. It is probably only worth about 10K but this should easily get the asking price if it were put on ebay.

to each his own i guess then. In my opinion with 12k a better and more reliable s14 can be made. if you had 12k on your hands is this what you would spend it on? Not trying to prove a point but be honest.

 

You're not sure how much they were, but you know they were AT LEAST $1300, eh? lol

 

i would spend it on my current project and if i had to buy a new car, i would a buy a 13 vert and start the exact same build, only because after owning a vert, it will be very hard to go back to a hard top.

What I have a hard time grasping, beyond the value of the car, is why people are so concerned if its over priced or not... Let the man try to have a clean sale. If there is a buyer out there that wants to pay 12k for the car, complete the way it sits, thats up to them. It may be worth it to them to have it done, they just tag it, insure it and drive it...

Again, good luck to the OP and please, lets let this subject die, its not fair to him. The PURCHASER can decide on their own if its worth it to THEM and in THEIR budget.

 

In todays market this is NOT an unfair or rediculous price. If the seller is marketing it at all he should get that price! Very nice car and someone has a chance to step right into a really sweet looking head turning car.

1300 is for the base silkroad RM's, hence if he has the basics he paid AT LEAST 1300....blow me fuck face, get rid of your megan racing poser shit and buy a mustang.
