Why would you need to drop a tranny to put a short shifter on?

I have never had too. I have used 2 or 3 different ebay special and a b&m and I never had too.

Do you have like a IKEYA formula or something?

Because of the large plate that the B&M has and I have to big off hands and I don't think I will be able to get them into the tunnel without cutting the tunnel or dropping the tranny....

Gotcha..Well maybe, whenever you got to take it out again, just drop the tranny crossmember and it will give you some room.

Nothing....I already sold my engine to someone and now I have this tranny just laying in my lawn mower shed. And I am not putting another SR in my car. I am gonna list it on ebay tomorrow. So if you want it let me know. I will meet you half way tonight if you like. Give me a call 386-466-8006
