I got a s14 non se for sale. Here are the info:

1996 non se
automatic
54k ORIGINAL MILES!!
power windows, power doors
clean kh3 paint job (nissan black)
blue/grayish interior. clean

Condition:

Mechanical:

Car runs great. 54k original miles. I have picture of the previous owner's title before i registered the car showing only 27k on it. It is a very reliable car. It will be a great candidate for the usual swap/modding or just daily drive it. Got a lot of life left. Tranny is fine and no signs of any problem. A/C does not blow air and might need an a/c amplifier. Power steering works fine.

Exterior:

Paint job is decent, clean and shiny that will do the job for having a presentable car.

Interior:

Clean with no rips, tears or any major stains, if any. No cracks on dash, no cracks on radio trim.

Drivetrain:

Car drives straight and no vibrations or anything. Car was recently serviced with new tires and new brakes all around by previous owner. Have receipts.

Thats about as much as I can describe the car to you guys. I should be getting the title in a week or so. Im in Orlando, Fl by the Speedworld Raceway.

I will entertain reasonable offers. I know these cars are hard to come by with decent to fair condition and specially for this mileage, this is a great car for the right owner. KBB is $4100 for the car in "fair" condition. I will consider any offers in that price range. I'm not in a rush to sell so please no lowballing. looks like its in good condition. only downside is the AT but thats nothing 500$ cant change . how long are you willing to hold on to this car? im currently in japan and ill be back in the states in june. ive been looking for a good project car to work on.

Well if you raise to about 4300 I would wait for the swap but if its a more I might want auto so lmk what you think a fair price would be
