Yeah a maf from a single cam 240sx will work. With every one swapping to dual cam they should be easy to get and cheap.

A SOHC MAF will have a metal housing, not a plastic one like you linked above. I don't remember off of the top of my head, but I will get you the number for the SOHC MAF when I get to the shop.
