I had 12000k in my civic with my headlamps tilted up got flashed all the time and drove by, passed by, and sat behind a cop at a light and his entire cabbin was lit up and I never got pulled over once.

I'm going to give it a try on my S14. Going to do it w/o the projectors on 9k bulbs.
I'm ordering mine's either tomorrow or friday, and it should arrive around next wednesday.
I'll see how much glare the stock S14 with HID really causes. nope it's none.

andy has it on his zenki and so far, no problems

i have it in my civic, my girl has it in her civic, still no body has flashes me or her.

tommy just got it in his car, and no problems

i've had hid in my cars for the past 6 years, not once have i been pulled over for the lights. and when i did get pull over, the lights were not brought up. then again, i don't use cop magnet colors, i stay in the 4300-6000k range

Is there a set available that has both a high beam and low beam bulb, I've got some S13 silvia lights I might want to do this with.

s13 silvia headlights uses seperate high beam and low beam. so you will need 2 kits, 1 set for high beam and 1 set low beam.

i usually do not recommend putting hid in high beam because unlike halogen bulbs, hid bulbs do not like to be turned on and off suddenly. since most customers uses high beams for less then a minute at a time, it will shorten the life of the hid kit.

for those with h4 and 9007 that wants to retain their high beam capability, it's 400 per set for the bixenon xtec kits.

You said that you have S13's at the shop with these kits? You want to pull in front of a wall and snap some pics of the light pattern? I'd love to see these in an S13 H4 conversion lens, too.
