Patrick, That's the Silvia Aero (style) bumper. Contact Funk or Taka to get one. They're not cheap.

 

you are not kidding when you say they are not cheap 500-700!
CFP has one on ebay for 595.00

What are my other options? I want move open area so I can run an oil cooler and ducts for the front brakes?

 

you can get replica aero bumpers pretty cheap, i forget off hand who makes them, but i have seen them

if you are saying that EBAY has them for 500+ and those are going for 250ish haha ya they are knock offs...Nothing wrong with knockoffs, just you have to make sure that they are legit and are going to fit correctly. Don't expect it to just slip on, a little modifying might be needed.

 

yeah, theyre knockoffs, but youre allowed.
youre one of the only ones on this site that uses their car for something other than slamming into trees. haha
no sense paying 700$ for a bumper on a race car.

 

you could even go with version:select for not too much.

it doesnt sit too low either.
