ill do 40 without the tires.
i know its low, but i see sets of 4 go for 100.

 

40...i rather use them as for decoration on the walls of my bedroom.
I know i can sell them fast on ebay, but i rather not deal with shippment, and sell them locally.
75 is what im asking, thats $37.50 each. 75 for a pair is pretty much the standard price for them.
