I've got the t25 that came off my redtop. Motor had about 50k miles on it. I'm no expert on turbo condition, so I can't say for sure.

Price is right, though...free. You have to come get it in Oldsmar, though.

yes, I am giving a turbo away, but its not a t28, its the stock t25 that came with the red top.
