370's + hacked s14 mas
Up for grabs is a basic fuel setup for KA-T. this system is perfect for applications up to 8psi, and is safe up to 10psi (at least wideband recommended then, possibly s-afc too).
This consists of:
-(4) Nissan purpletop 370cc injectors
-Hacked S14 MAS
The hacked MAS is a quality unit, with a welded/boxed in upper area to house the probe and upper housing of the MAS electronics. It has been sealed and is 3" OD on both sides, and 2.875" ID inside. Included is a custom shim that is 2.75" OD and 2.625" ID. with this shim in, you should run slightly richer, for extra safety. This setup allows you to run without using any sort of tuning devices on a low boost KA-T setup. the hacked mas goes from stock size to 2.875" ID, a 27% increase, just like the 270 stock injector rate to the 370cc's...also 27% increase. this negates the use for an s-afc.
all this setup needs is a walbro fuel pump ($90) and you're good to go.
this setup even runs PERFECTLY on an n/a KA24DE, i ran it for months before putting my turbo kit on last year. and it has served my KA-T well for 10 months.
$80 for injectors
$30 for hacked MAS or
$100 for it all, S14 MAS, so if you're S13 youll have to convert, sorry.
