Not always. I have had it done on with PIP. Depends mostly on the company.

Honestly Cheap Here Isn't Smart. Most Places Cost 200-250 For A New Replacement. A Windshield Job Done Wrong Aka Cheap Isn't Smart, Trust Me When I Say This And The Car Fills Full Of Water. Just Some Friendly Advise.
