I just got a carbon hood, but it does not have the latch (little hook thing) on it. I cannot use the one off my stock hood. Does anyone have one I can bolt up to the hood or know of anywhere I can get one? I wanna get it on the car and I don't feel like waiting.

 

I got one on my burnt car, and one on a 1g shell, solid steel so I dont think the fire would have hurt it. lmk.

 

he needs the part on the actual hood. can't use the one off the factory hood cause it's welded to the hood..

 

Call some local shops, they might have some hood pins in stock. I think all 2g's have a welded hood latch piece.
