WTB 7 bolt bottom end
well i dont mean the whole swap, im already about to pay to put the 6-bolt head on my 7bolt block for now, because i couldnt afford to drop in the whole 6 bolt motor. all i was saying was for the extra...

But i can guarantee it has low miles and runs good.I bought it less than 4 months ago and put a whole 100 miles on it.Good luck i tried finding 6 and 7 bolt longblocks and had a hard time or they wanted too much for a high mileage motor.I have one with a spun bearing.

7-bolts are not getting scarce... unless jerry can convince the world that 7-bolts are just as strong if not better than 6-bolts.

Funny thing to me about the whole debate is that crankwalk takes 50k miles to happen. 95% of people making a fast dsm never keep it running longer than a few thousand miles before they give up and part out. So why do we even worry about it?
