If you have a leather one already, just worn out, you can take the leather "coat" off, and underneath is a nice rubber shift knob....Thats what I did, and I actually like it better than this one I bought:

ive got one sittin around...took it of when i bought my Greddy counterweight...good condition..lemme see what its worth...prolly $25 ?
