Im not sure, if the starion is a mitsu flange I would imagine it would, but I am not garunteeing it.

Thanks man. This turbo is still in beautiful condition. There is ZERO shaft play. I might throw it up on ebay or t00ners, I just hate shipping.

I am not sure on the mileage that was seen on it. I can however tell you that it is in the best condition I have ever seen a used turbo be in.
If you are seriously interested you can come check it out for yourself.
