I have a 1g BOV I originally bought from Lancerman (Jerry) Uncrushed. Very clean and was suprised how well kept it was. Also have a 2 1/2" BOV Pipe flanged for the 1g BOV as well.

Is it just a little tiny pipe section, or a full UICP?

Just a section not a complete UICP. And no its not the stock 1g bov pipe... I know what it looks like and the size of it.
