I dont think there is such a thing as a mint 14b. nobody buys a new 14b when you can buy a 16g for cheaper. thus all the 14bs in existance are gonna have a bunch of miles on them (1994 or older). all 14b turbos I have seen lately have some harry looking cracks in the exhaust housing. this doesn't adversely affect performance. just affects cubside appeal. so If you are looking for a 14b that kicks arse on a t25, come get it. If you are looking for a pretty turbo to place on your night table to chear yourself up in the morning, don't bother with this one.
