I am selling my 1995 Mazda Miata 5spd. I bought this car last year with the intentions of making it an auto x car that could be driven on the street some days. The car has 155K miles on the original engine. The drivetrain is completely stock as I did not have time to get around to that part of the build just yet. I have gutted the interior to save on weight. The car currently has no top installed but a new soft top is included with the car. The battery, wheels, tires, suspension, and brakes are brand new. The seats are from a newer miata and are in decent shape. The car does run and drive but does need a clutch BADLY. I also ran some seafoam through the engine and havent had a chance to drive the car hard to clear it out so the car does smoke at this point in time. The car is not tagged so I can not just take it down the street and drive it hard. The car is not cosmetically perfect. The previous owner states his wife tried to touch up paint the drivers front fender and used the wrong paint. It looks like a replacement fender to me though. The car is fun as hell to drive and handles incredibly. I paid $1700 for the car stock in november and have put over $2000 into it with the battery, wheels, tires, suspension, and brakes alone so the price is firm. $2000.00. The wheels are 949 racing 6ul 15X8 with forged aluminum alloy lugs. 15x8 6UL Black
The tires are Hankook Ventus RS3 225/45/15. Hankook Ventus R-S3
The suspension is all from ISC racing and include bilstein hd shocks, isc custom top hats (allow more shock travel on a lowered car), Isc custom coil over sleeves (these are milled inside to sit lower on the shock body for further adjustment), and custom rate springs (500ft/350rr). ($1100 in these parts alone) Miata Suspension
The brakes are standard replacement from Advance auto parts with all new pads and rotors as well as 949 racing stainless steel brake lines.
I am sure I am forgetting some things but that is the majority of it. I may have to move on short notice and can not take this car with me.

That approach seems to be going pretty well for you.
