Wish I woulda got this thing back before it was murdered... I blew the head gasket and spun a rod bearing in that car both on different occasions. Motor was rebuilt and the port and polish was mild. Dude told me if I went to savage with the port it would lose power, polish was only done on exhaust side. Good shell and clean ass interior but I can no longer vouch for the motor scene it has been passed twice from the time I had it. When I traded it with Russ... It was still the shit. nuff said?!

When I got the car from Nick (Tokyohead) it did have a lifter tap but it wasnt anything serious... I babied the fuck out of the car, kept it clean inside and did all the routine maintenance. My wife got pregnant and I needed to have another car with backseats as fast as I could find one so I took his EF as a trade. The miata is in great shape interior wise and the motor was fine other than a light tap when I got rid of it (same as stated when Nick sold it.)
All I can say is when Javielito pulled away the day we traded he was giving it hell. Lol, so him saying "someone" fucked it up is probably him covering his ass. Lol, either way we all buy cars to beat on them sometimes so Im not hating on you at all, just stating what happened.
Javielito was a good guy to deal with though, he was cool. (Ohh and I got a free blunt in the ash tray of the EF.) Lol

Damn I never looked back on this thread to see how much bashing was going on... I have done business with Russ on more than one occasion and have never had a problem. Honest dude... One of the most honest I have met through TR actually! Javielito is also a cool ass dude... never bullshit me on the condition of the miata. If I had the money I would buy my bitch back.
