might wanna give these guys a call. They'll either have what you want or know who does... the place i used to get sheetmetal for the race car went outta business....

The bigger question is this, are you using the under ray to pull heat out of the engine bay? or you just using it to help flow under the car? The stock trays had perferated holes in them angled, and i believe were designed to pull air out of the engine bay and under the bottom of the car. I think the same can be accomplished simply by creating a pressure difference between the top and bottom side of the pan, so holes may not be necessary? But then again im only speculating at this point.

you looking for the splash guard(plastic one) or the belly pan(thin aluminum one)?
