Rotarykid would love you long time for doing that swap. Anything will fit anywhere with the proper fabrication. For future refference tho, you should pay attention to what section you are posting in... such as the mazda tech, asking for eclipse engines... It would save you hassle of looking stupider than you are 
Also, if you are interested in inquiring as to what other engines the OP has to offer, theres this really cool thing called a Private Message. TR just invented it yesterday, you should try it sometime... it kinda goes back to my original input ^.
On a side note tho, since your asking... 4g63 are relatively easy to come by, id suggest driving down the causeway to LKQ (used to be Cophers). Make sure to take the truck tho, the toaster wouldnt like toating it

ive got a turbo II engine in peices all there but turbo, 150 its your and then i have a s4 non turbo motor forsale and i have an auto trans. for the s4. 100 bucks for that, the non turbo cranks but wont start. idk bought it that way, for all i knew it couldve just been flooded. but cant check cuz no battery and few other things r missing like the intake, but let know what u want and illtell u if ive go it, got alot of fc3s body parts also
