UM it needs alittle more then paint did you see the wires hacked up under the dash. it looks like freddy was under there. But if your up for the challenge go for it.

 

thats why you drive a slowass honda accord cause you have no conception of what things are worth. That car would be worth $5,000 WITHOUT a title, worth every freakin penny and thensome. Probably already been bought though.
