What bore size? Also, if cash was present, would you allow me to inspect the bearing and crank surfaces. Before cash and block changed hands?

Dry sleeves are stock replacement sleeves, not really good for more Horsepower than stock, usually used to repair a cracked stock sleeve without going full out MID sleeves. If they are dry, flanged sleeves they are a slight improvement to stock but he didnt say flanged, but they would appear to be stock sleeves

^if you crack a stock sleeve then dry sleeves won't work. You need the aluminum casting to be uncracked to put dry sleeves in. When you crack a sleeve the aluminum casting around the stock sleeve cracks too. Your statement is really bad info.
