I dunno. I would assume it would depend on what year the jdm d15b is. Being that jdm d15s were available obd0-obd2. You would have to be sure yours was an obd1 I think. Don't quote me on that though.

any dizzy will start the car, its just you have to get the bolts to line up with the head. i can use my y7 on the head but im kinda sketched out with only 1 bolt holding the dizzy to the head. we tried a obd1 z6 dizzy on my friends obd2 y8 head and it works
