They say 60ft lbs When using the moly lube...Everyone i know usually goes 70ft lbs When using the lube.
Torque in 3 steps 10-20 wait for a bit (15-20mins) loosen then do it again all the way to a max of 60ft lbs. ( I do this process 3 times on heads & mains) Reason is because stud stretch for each individual stud is irregular. You'll notice after torquing all heads studs then loosening them that you don't use the same force loosening them.

main caps are 56 ft/lbs
Think the rod bolts 30 ft/lbs i could be wrong, If you Google B series motor tq specifications pretty sure a link for Honda tech will pull up with all of them

I do arps up too 100 lol the ones iuse in.the race motors.go to 130
