WTB 4040 (40/40) Proportioning Valve, brake lines and Rear camber kit for 92-00 Civic

Hi.

Like the title says, I have a 98 Civic DX and I'm looking for:

-a 4040 prop valve
-Rear Civic Si brake lines with banjo fittings
-a rear camber kit
-maybe a toe in kit

Let me know what you have.
