How can I get a title

 

the person whose name is on file at the dmv as the owner of the car must go to dmv / tax collector and get a duplicate title then present a bill a sale to ur name....simple as that..if you cant get ahold of the last owner tho i will buy ur motor if u still have it. I really need it!!
