Its not the main relay if you are getting fuel. You said you are getting spark also?
PGM-FI Main Relay problems and fixes
See if it will start with starter fluid as second part of main relay opens injectors.

well i put that but im up for trying to replace it anyway anything that can help me make anyprogress i tried putting starter fluid awhile ago and nothing

if someone messed with the wiring it can be that or the injector resistor box or off timing if your in tampa pm me maybe i can help you out
