Do you think that changing the harness and distributor will make my car stop redlining at 7200 and make my vtec engage?

Changing your wiring might engage vtec but your rev limiter is going to be in the ecuI have an obd0-obd1 jumper harness if you need.

 

true i know what you mean about the rev limiter but why would it be 8200 sometimes and then other 7200 its like a big suprise when it hits at 7200 hahah never expecting it.

 

oh yeah and whats the price on the jumper harness ?
