Chris, Honda didnt produce a '99 itr. Check the VIN again.
Regardless, this is a good opportunity to get a itr long block that is in the car running. Any idea of an approximate mileage?

indeed they did the heads stamped 99 along with casting numbers
i want to say roughly 50K? this motor was put together by neal sutton he can vouch for it
before work bump
