FS or FT: Itr rears, sub, 95 ex oem cat back

FS or FT: Itr rears, sub, 95 ex oem cat back
Well I'm cleaning my garage a bit. I have a full oem 95 ex coupe cat back system. No rust.
Also have some 12 sub an box, sounded pretty damn good, but music isn't a priority any more.
Last thing I currently have is a mint jdm itr dc rear seats. I naught them but had fit ment issues in my coupe, I was told I could make a custom bracket or some shot but I don't wanna risk Hurting them. Cost me 250$ so I'm wanting Something close to that. They are 9/10. I'll post pics of the rears in a couple days they are actually in my friends dc atm but he's trading it so I'll have em back soon.

Btw I'm looking for suspension mostly no eBay stuff. Or quick release and such. But who knos. Offer what yu got if ur interested, items are also obo.
My car is a 95 ex coupe. Not interested in parts that are engine specific, cause I haven't started a swap yet.
