Spun a rod bearing in my 97 civic ex


Looking to either:

A) Buy a d16y8 long block

B) Buy a y8 block

C) Buy a d15 block to do a mini me

D) Buy a d16z6


Also need a tranny for it so lmk what everyone has

I want the motor to have low miles, no leaks or problems at all


I have a Kenwood double din or white 15inch rims with brands new tires I could trade

Or could have cash to purchase in a week, lmk your price



If anyone has any input on what motor would be best and easiest to put back in lmk


And yes the car was up for sale and will be posted back up for sale after getting new motor in

I have a d16, it's missing some pieces like the injectors and what not, but let me know, i can do a full inventor check out it. I had that spare motor off a friend who pulled it out of his del sol when he did a swap, and I needed parts on my y8 motor to make it work. 300.00 and it's all yours
