i paid 80$ for some broken HIDS and only one ballast works

i have both bulbs and both ballast.

i alos have the person phone number who sold them to me. he cant get a new pair but he lices all the way in kissimee.

is 40 really to much to ASK for?

am willing to sell everythng seprate too. 2 builds and 2 ballast one not workin
