I have 2 partial a/c kits for 96-00 civic. All the lines and hoses are there along with condensor and fan, evaporator with case and expansion valve. The compressor locked up on these so you will need to blow out the lines and evaporator good. I wouldn't reuse the condensor,evpansion valve, of dryer. $30 each Jeremy 813-695-9503

My phone won't send text. Yes I have the lines and the evap is in good condtion. Everything just needs to be blownout. Replace the expansion valve.

 

One kit is sold. I still have another one.
