How to title a thread

When you start a thread format it as follows please:

1. Every thread must start with FS or FT or WTB or WTT or Parting Out. You may use a combo, i.e. FS or FT:

2. After that follow it with "what" you have for sale or for trade or wanted to buy or parting out.

3. Next if you have pictures put - Pictures

4. YOU MUST POST A PRICE. If you don't have a price posted in your ad, you get 1 warning in your thread to post a price before you ad gets deleted.

4. Finally if you have a comment put - "comment", i.e. Cheap or New In Box or $ amount.

Do not use symbols in the title. They pick up as words and will not help the search engine find you.

Take a look at the threads and you'll pick up on the format.

Here is an example:

FS: LS VTEC Swap - Pictures - $3,200

This helps the Search Engine find you to lead the Buyers to you.

It helps you sell the items you have by putting it right where the reader is looking.

Most importantly this is one of the steps we are taking to help users USE this forum.


"TRader Rating" system

The TRader Rating system is a tool to help buyers be aware of the reputation of the seller they are interested in buying from.

This system is also to be used when a sale does not go as expected. Therefore do not post about the sale that went bad in this forum.

After the sale/trade/buy/parting out

Please delete your thread or change the text to read that it is sold/traded/bought/gone/etc. This helps us know when to delete the thread to keep the forum clean and prospective buyers to search for another member.

The rules are out, make sure you read through the "bumping" rule.

3. "Bumping" and "relisting" rules.

Once a thread is dead you can relist it in 3 days from the day you posted your item the first time (or the date of the last bump at moderators discretion depending on bump frequency).

You can relist your item 3 times total. After that you must sell it elsewhere.

How To Report A Problem

If you have a problem with a thread or a post, then there is a simply fix..

1. Hit the Report Button ""

2. Then "Fill in the box" with your problem(s) and or what you think should be done.

This will get the attention of the Moderators & Administrators and it should get you a resolution, or at least it will get the problem looked at for consideration and it will be handled as deemed fit by the staff here at Tampa Racing.

Hint: Making post about problems just waste time, space and can just cause more problems for all..

People it is really easy there is a "" report button on every page..

If you have a problem, then report it to the people that run the site and we'll try to fix it for you. The button is to be used for any problems that you come across and when you use it, we are shown the exact spot were you clicked the report button, and we see what you were looking at when you reported it.

If we all learn to use it "", then maybe some of the problems that we all complain about will get fixed.
