I guess you don't understand the idea of wheel spacers. They are usually used for brake clearance issues or for the desired rim offset. Therefore a certain thickness is needed.
So, how wide/thick do you need them to be? And how many do you need?

wheels in accessories in brandon sells them for $15 a piece, and the thickest you can go with stock wheel studs is 1/4 inch.
