FS: Del Sol and Performance Parts
Jason needs money and hasn't done a thing to his baby del Sol in years. That means it's obviously time to sell her off and move on. Unfinished projects are a blow to my ego but so is debt and when it comes to money, my ego comes second.
I don't want to do this, but it's time to just get it over with.
Parting out a 95 del Sol Si. Nothing was spared on this car. Chassis is in great shape, primered and no dings. Ready for paint. Parts ready to go would include:
Hood
front bumper
rear bumper
fenders w/ sidemarkers
doors
trunk w/ OEM spoiler
rear garnish
targa top
93 dash (no airbag)
95 dash (with airbag)
JDM ITR DC2 steering wheel fully reupholstered
(other misc parts that del sol guys need I probably have it)
Engine parts:
b16 cylinder head, ported, polished, milled 30/1000ths, multi angle valve job, toda valve springs, KMS titanium retainers, KMS extended manifold studs (this thing is gorgeous)
toda spec b cams and gears already sold previously - sorry, kiddos
twm individual throttle bodies complete with vacuum log and hoses (fits both gsr and b16/type r) <--- these are beautiful
skunk 2 intake manifold port matched to above head, dimpled for better air:fuel atomization
Bottom end to be disassembled:
B18c5 Golden Eagle sleeved 84.5mm (will have to discuss this one with potential buyer)
LS crank fluted for max oil flow (quality work)
Carillo rods 89mm spec all weighed ~ 340 grams (I think, will have to check spreadsheet)
Weisco pistons 84.5mm 12.5:1
ARP type r headstuds
maxspeed oil cooler system
GSR tranny w/ Quaife LSD installed
fidanza 7lb flywheel
tampa clutch supply 4 puck stage 2 clutch/plate combo
Tein SS coilovers DC specs
skunk2 camber kit v1
sol VTEC rear LCA's (oem arms w/ rear sway hookup and energy suspension bushings)
Quaife quick ratio steering rack
EG traction bars
triple gauge pod
fuel pressure gauge
oil pressure gauge (mechanical)
air fuel (dont know why I have this but I do)
Ive got some digital tach/shift light gimmick. Not ricey at all, very nice, will look @ model again and see what it is.
This stuff has been installed, ran for about 60 miles, and now has been sitting in storage. Someone else can put it to better use than I have. I don't want to part ways with my beloved del Sol but there will always be cars to be purchased and built if I ever get the bug again.
Thanks for reading.
