btw...$300 for the whole head as it sits!!!
Bolt holes for the header need to be heli coiled or tapped, but everything is good. Stock valve train.

Recommends using dual valve springs and titanium retainers
A.E.M cam gears are 3 bolt Tru-Times

help you with?? you mean installation?
If that's what you mean, I have 3 cars that I am working on and just don't have the time.
As it is, Ive been up since 4am and just now finished working. It would be better to install them anyways with a tune. I would not install these cams without it...Your better off gettin them professionally installed...

^ +2 just installing cams and cam gears will NOT make you fast..assembly and tuning is where it's at 
plus you have to make your engine breathe better first..I.E. intake, intake manifold, throttle body, port matching, header, full exhaust..then rely on headwork to make that power..
