Get a AP2 tranny (if you can) Teddy. With the gearing being a little shorter I think its the equivalent to a 4.57 rearend gear.

I called around to all the junkyards and all they have is AP1 trannys, there was a AP2 tranny on ebay he was bidding on but it went for stupid money. drive it till it blows

+1 if you just keep an eye out and drive it with out urgency of needing one, good deals start popping up. or at least that is what happens to me... i go out and buy something cause i think i need it right away then the next week there are tons for a fraction for what i paid....
