The side skirts, They just slip over the stock? Do you have to use screws to hold them in? Double sided tape?

Have any pictures of them installed?

Yes they go right over the OEM skirts. You bolt up the front and rear of the skirt and the center depends on you. You can rivet it, double sided tape it, or just leave it lose... Your choice here are some pics, but of low quality...
