Was the baffle trimmed to expose the second bung? -10 fitting?

Also, was it chromed or just polished?

it is a -10an fitting. it doesnt look like they trimmed the baffle as you cant see the second bung from the inside, but that is definately vented as that was the same bung that was hitting my manifold and actually leaking from it. It also is chromed. bump!
