look here -> FFS | Tech -- DOHC VTEC CAM ID they have rings on them.

Not trying to be a dick, but we don't even know what this cam is, not all vtec cams are created equally. It's not necessarily a steal if it's a gsr or b16 cam. You should try to figure out what cam it is.
