either head will work, it don't matter what ecu, harness, tranny, you may have. You need a DOHC Vtec head, B16 or Gsr all the same shit, so you need it complete with intake mani, right? The heads are basically the same, rumor has it gsr has a little higher comp. and the B16 head has better air flow, either will be nice for ls-v set up!
