is there anyway to change the head to make vtec or no? if so like to buy one..

yes you can...you going to need a Vtec single cam distubtor and a timing belt spark plugs and spark plugs wires for that make and model head

either a Z6 or Y8 head they are both single cam vtec

ok what year and model car is it on..so i can by the timing belt and stuff..i going to need a new ecu too right?

Z6 is from a 1992-95 civic ex or Si and Y8 is 96-00 ex or hx

I have a y8 head for $35 you just need a vtes solenoid for it and change to a 1.6 dizzy and it'll be ready to go, 98 civic ex sohc vtec
