MAN...I HATE THAT IT HAS COME TO POSTING ON A PUBLIC FORUM TO TRY TO GET A REPLY OUT OF YOU...BUT I GUESS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO REACH YOU!!!

John, I've tried and tried and tried and tried to get in contact with you. I've left COUNTLESS messages on your cell phone, sent you messages on your MySpace page, sent messages through Heather on MySpace and still you won't make any attempt to contact me!

This goes a long ways back, and being that I've considered you a FRIEND, I feel that I've been more than patient. But this is getting RIDICULOUS! I just want to settle up our business dealings and for you to make it right. I'd paid you $300 to go pick up a Hondata unit and additional amount for an ECU and install of the unit. I paid you the money to pick it up in person b/c you were so close to the seller, but you never went to pick it up. So, I sent it through Paypal to the seller and he shipped the unit to you. You then intsalled it in an ECU that you stated had been converted to VTEC AND was working 100% flawlessly. Albeit it took me a while to test it out, myself...I sent it to my tuner/builder, and the unit does not work. The Hondata unit is fine...it is the ECU that has issues. The VTEC conversion was not done correctly. I've been trying and trying to contact you for months to no avail. This is my last option.

I'd sent you cash (money order, really) for parts for a friend (Omni valvetrain), the ECU and chipping (originally you said it was going to be a p28, but I got a PR4 that was supposedly converted to VTEC--it would've been fine if the unit worked), and money to pay for the Hondata unit from the seller -- which I still had to lay out to the seller b/c you didn't pick up the unit). I FINALLY got the valvetrain after a HUGE fiasco of having to chase you down and my friend seriously considering taking a trip to your house....I finally got my Hondata installed (In a defective ECU that you claimed you tested and worked 100%), but I'm still out that money I sent you to PAY for the Hondata. We said that we would "settle up later" and we'd named a number of parts that we may be able to order, etc to settle up the balance. Well...I can't even get you to answer a phone call or return a message. So, here we are, I'm still out that amount I sent you for payment for the Hondata unit. So, what's the deal?

Man...I just want to get back what is owed. I hate to be making a post like this, b/c I was behind you when all that other sh*t went down with DON'T SLEEP. I apologize for taking it here, but what other option did I have?

thats TR for you man it been like that lately with a lot of assholes on here selling broken shit sorry to hear that man thats just the risk you take dealing with these young punks trying to sell all of thier fuck ups and mishaps good luck and i the lesson here is live and learn.

not to make exscuses for him, but last i talked to him he had wrecked a bike and the doctors told him not to try and walk for about another 2 months...but that doesnt exscuse his not returning your calls....i had some similar issues with him but we resolved them. hopefully you can do the same. john seems to be a good guy, and ive personally had a good experience with him in the past. goodluck and if i speak to him ill refer him to contact you.
