That's fine and all, but people contacted me before you, if I told someone already that I would sell it to them and then went off and sold it to you that would be be bad business. On TR you don't want to be known as the guy that said one thing and did another beause pretty soon people don't want to deal with you anymore. I assure you that if the deal falls through, there is one more ahead of you and then your next, that I will contact you.
