WTB: Steelies w/ good tires

Looking to buy a set of steelies (13 or 14 inch) with good tires, preferably 85% tread or more, to put on a 1988 Civic... Have cash, located in North Tampa/ Carrollwood area.....

i have 15 inch steelies with brand new tires....140 bucks...all 4 or all 5 160
