^^^ 40 over is 82mm I believe.

 

40 over isn't much, and as stated it's barely 82mm if that, also b20 sleeves are a lot less safe then this set up and people still run boost and vtec on a stock b20 block, so for your great remark, yes he will have g/l, well g/l man

I've seen many all motor setups kill 82mm Sleeves crack etc with no boost at all . The stress on the cylinder wall is pretty great especially as piston speeds increase and cylinder pressure does the same ...

82mm CTR Pistons ? Are those the CTR Replica's ?

I'm just stating good luck with that . Personally seen all 3 of the 82mm Stock sleeves setup go pop with bone stock computers in them and only revving to 8200 ...

and Stock B20 Sleeves have more on them than an 82mm Stock sleeves B18 Block

Either way teh rest of the setup looks good and I hope the owner of this motor gets great use out of it ...
