that is a b7 head with a y7 intake manifold. the y7 head has the spark plugs in front just like a y7 or z6 but no vtec . but yeah the manifold is a y7 but head is defiently a b7. but good luck with the sale elvis. ttt Jerry

aight people it's a correction it is a B7 head but it's still Ported & polished i didnt take a close look at the head till now it's a B7 head has been clena hot tanked and ported & polished
