The tie bar won't rip your subframe but a bigger sway will. Only reason I haven't put my ITR sway on the car yet, need to get the ASR brace but spending money on different things right now.

SO WITH JUST A REAR LOWER TIE AR YOUR sub frame should be good. kind of makes sense cause the sway bar hold motion as it is connected to the lower control arms. correct me if i am wrong or not making sense.

when the car travels the lower control arm moves up and down and if the sway bar is attached to the lca it will then move some. but with the tie bar on your frame there is no movement there like with the sway and lca (lower control arm)
